Free Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving them.

You may inspect the product as you would in a shop to understand its nature, features and function. Please pack it carefully for the return; using the original box helps it arrive safely.

Returns and exchanges via parcel locker within Estonia are free. For other countries or delivery methods, email info@allyscandic.ee before sending the product so we can agree on the arrangements and costs.

Please complete the form below. We will respond with return or exchange instructions within 2 business days.

We issue the refund within 3 business days after receiving the returned goods. If you withdraw from the contract, we refund the amounts paid without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank and payment method.
